Civilization V Added To Steam Workshop

June 15, 2012

Sid Meier’s popular strategy game Civilization V from Firaxis Games is now available on the Steam Workshop, announces 2K Games. On the Steam Workshop players can create, upload, download, rate, comment on and browse through Civilization V mods containing new maps, scenarios, interface, religions, cultures and many other things. A map of Westeros by player BigDen, as we know it from hit series Game of Thrones, and a new religion known as Pastafarianism (‘obey your noodly master’) by player salec, are already among most popular mods as we speak. But will these mods stand the test of time?

Also coming out soon is the Civilization V: Gods & Kings expansion pack, which will launch on June 19.
